By air: You should arrive to Mexico City’s International Airport and from either one of its two terminals, there are direct coach services to Cuernavaca by Pulman de Morelos. Beware that the last ride is at 23:30 (tickets are sold only up to 23:15), so if you arrive later, you probably must take an airport taxi. The cost of the taxi to Cuernavaca is $2,100 Mexican pesos plus about 200 pesos you must pay for the highway toll.
The cost of the coach ride is $380 Mexican pesos; you can probably pay with a credit card, but anyhow, you will surely need some cash in Mexican currency, and it is best to change it at the airport, once you exit from the arrivals zone. There are several exchange offices, with some variations on the exchange rate. There are also ATM machines at the airport and everywhere in Mexico, where you can get Mexican pesos using your bank card.

From the coach station to the hotel: Once you arrive to Cuernavaca coach station (Estación Casino) buy a taxi ticket inside the terminal; they will indicate to you where to catch the taxi. Then go to Hotel Racquet, at Av. Francisco Villa 100, Fraccionamiento Rancho Cortés, Cuernavaca; tel. +52 777 101 0350.

All talks will be at the (open-air) auditorium of the Mathematics Institute, located near the main entrance of the Universidad Autónoma de Morelos, Av. Universidad s/n. Col. Lomas de Chamilpa, Código Postal 62210, Cuernavaca, (for details click here)

Transportation hotel-Institute: There will be an Institute’s van at 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. Unfortunately, this won’t have enough space for everyone, but it is easy to get a taxi for up to four people at the hotel reception’s desk. The cost will be paid by the organization.

Breakfast will be served at the hotel, starting 7:00 a.m.
Lunch will be served at the Mathematics Institute’s upper terrace.

Sunday at the Racquet hotel, 17:00-19:30
Monday at the Maths. Institute 8:30-9:30. People that cannot registrate at these times, can do it later with Elizabeth Dominguez or Alma Diaz Barriga at the "Palapa chica", on the upper left corner of the garden.
Please bring cash since we have not a credit card facility. The registration fee is $100.00 US (or $1,700 pesos)

Monday 3th, at 18:00, welcome cocktail at the Maths Institute.

Tuesday 4 th, at 18:30 guided visit to Diego Rivera’s famous mural paintings at Palacio de Cortés, followed by a mezcal tasting and an exquisite concert of Mexican music in Harp by the famous musician Celso Duarte and his group. The concert and mezcal are being offered by Pepe Seade, but we need to pay several expenses so we need to make a registration and a charge of 200 Mexican pesos per participant. Please registrate with Elizabeth or Alma by Tuesday 4 th the latest at the Maths institute. All of this will be at Palacio de Cortés and we will take care of your transportation. After the concert, we’ll be in downtown Cuernavaca and there are plenty of choices for dinner. Everyone is free to choose where to go. Yet, just across the street from Palacio de Cortés there is Casa Hidalgo, a nice restaurant with a gorgeous view over Palacio de Cortés. We’ve booked some tables there, please let us know if you are interested. This will be "a la carte": everyone can choose and pay for whatever is chosen.

Finally, on Friday 7 th, starting at 14:00 we'll have the Congress celebration in a nearby house, with a delightful Mexican cuisine, drinks and a "marimba" for a while. This will be a great feast. We need to know who is coming, and we need to charge 200 Mexican pesos each. This includes abundance of delicious food and drinks. If you are willing to come, please registrate with Elizabeth Dominguez by Tuesday 4 th the latest.

Si llegas al Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México, después de pasar la aduana, por favor siga los señalamientos hacia la zona de autobuses.

En el mostrador de boletos habrá un cartel que dice CUERNAVACA y corresponde a una línea de autobús llamada Pullman de Morelos. con salidas regulares a Cuernavaca. Salen según el horario dado en su página, y llegar a la terminal de autobuses Casino de la Selva en el centro de Cuernavaca. El autobús cuesta 380 pesos (alrededor de US$23) y tarda 1 hora 40 minutos en llegar a Cuernavaca.
